We had heard of the opening on the new Dolce & Gabana store exclusively for children in the Avenues. Since it is Dolce and Gabbana, it is expensive. You’re not paying for the fabric, you are paying for the design and some of the pieces that they had are beautifully designed. Some of the fabrics and pieces that they had were truly pure elegance.
For the boys. The top left corner, a military styled shirt for 54 KD. In the bottom left corner, the military styled jacket is for 72 KD and the matching track bottoms are for 54 KD as well.
The pink and beige dress on the left side is for 127 KD. The dress on the right side is Mama’s favourite piece in the whole collection, love the fabric, design and print.
They also have a lot of basic items and giftsets. There are also pacifiers and baby bottles, the gift box with a pacifier and baby bottle is for 54 KD which in our opinion is totally not worth the price. We believe that getting especially designed baby gear is a much more smarter choice rather than getting designer baby gear. We do believe that it’s up to a person’s choice to choose whether they’d like some designer clothing.
Another beautiful piece dress great of Eid or a wedding that’s for 358 KD along with the matching shoes at the top for 145 KD. They also have some other cute ballerinas in fun colours that range between 50 KD to 70 KD. The boys shoes are in the same price range.
More from the store. It’s located in the Avenues, Phase 2 on the first floor next to cafe Lino’s.
And of course, we always have to pass by the Baby Next store in the Avenues because we love it. Almost 90 percent of Banootas basics and home wear is from this store because their fabrics are amazing, the quality is excellent, the prices are also really reasonable and they wash well.
The baby pyjamas they have are cute and stylish. They always seem to get new pieces every 2 months. The only issue that we have with their pyjamas is that they are made for taller babies, so if you have the size 3 to 6 months, and you dress your baby at 3 months, it will be long but also your baby will most probably not outgrow it when they are 6 months. Banoota is now 13 months and we have the size 12 to 18 months which is still pretty long for her, but she will eventually grow into it not to forget that nothing comes in the size 12 to 15 months so we really don’t have any other option but to wait.
They also have a great range of clothing for the little men our our lives so to all the mothers who find it difficult to find clothes for boys, Baby Next is the place to go to.
