There was supposed to be an event in the Pottery Barn Kids store last Saturday which was a class that would provide great tips on how to have fun at the beach, unfortunately it was cancelled and since Banoota is still recovering from her illness, Mama went on her own, we didn’t know that it had been cancelled and we ended up talking to one of the store managers. Even though the even was cancelled, we were happy Mama went because she learnt a lot about the store which we hadn’t known before.
Here is what we learnt:
1). Pottery Barn Kids is every child’s home so they are free to jump on beds and play with the displays as much as they want to.
2). At the end of the month, there is a birthday celebration for the the children born on the given month where they get cake and a chance to play the many fun games provided by Pottery Barn with the staff. Even if it’s not your child’s birthday and you’ve walked into the celebration, all children are more than welcome.
3). Every Tuesday at 4 PM, they have a book club in the store.
4). Attending these events you get 10 percent discount vouchers on all items in the store!
We love Pottery Barn Kids and a good amount of Banoota’s bedroom is from their store. They currently have a sale on the displayed furniture pieces along with some other items within the store and the new collection is simply beautiful.
We love the baby nursery’s and wanted to get Banoota’s complete furniture set form them but the pieces where too big for Banoota’s room and would make the room look crowded so we opted with furniture from Mama’s & Papa’s but all other room decor and bedding from Pottery Barn. We used on the picture in their catalogue as inspiration for Banoota’s room design.
We love the colour and how they have infused them together to make nice bright peaceful pieces and you can always find the perfect special accessories for your little princess here.
Not to mention the bold bright boy-ish colours for the little princes that are in our lives. If you have your eyes on these furniture items, head on to the stores quickly as some of them are on sale and at amazing prices.
We love the Pottery Barn towels and have written about them before in our baby towel review because we love their quality and they wash well remaining soft which is great for a baby’s sensitive skin.
Isn’t the bench cute? It’s also on sale. The white drawer set at the back was 315 KD and now is only 79 KD, and 20 percent of parts of the bedding collection.
Can’t wait to see what their classes would be like and review them soon.
